Codeks v10.2512.3.27411 - 05. 12. 2025, 21,0 MB SL ----------- - Novosti - ----------- - Razvili smo nov dodatek Codeks Zbirna točka. Dodatek je namenjen učinkovitemu in preglednemu zbiranju zaposlenih ter obiskovalcev na vnaprej določeni lokaciji v primeru evakuacije objekta zaradi izrednih dogodkov, kot je na primer požar ali druge nevarne situacije. Omogoča hitro preverjanje prisotnosti oseb na zbirni točki ter zagotavlja nadzor nad tem, kdo je varno prispel in kdo se še vedno nahaja v glavnem objektu. Z uporabo podatkov iz sistema za pregled prisotnosti dodatek pomaga odgovornim osebam organizirano in zanesljivo izvesti postopek evakuacije ter izboljša varnostne protokole podjetja. - V Codeksu je sedaj omogočena dvofaktorska identifikacija, kar izboljša varnost prijave in dodatno zaščiti uporabniške račune. - DOPUSTI V programskem dodatku Najava dopusta, smo v verziji 10.2512 izboljšali način koriščenja letnega dopusta, ki zdaj še bolj poenostavlja delo uporabnikom in kadrovskim službam. Codeks sedaj samodejno izbere ustrezen tip dopusta (tekoči, lanski ali predlanski) glede na to, katerega je potrebno koristiti najprej, ne glede na vrstni red napovedi dopusta. Kako deluje v praksi? Če ima uporabnik na začetku leta na voljo še: - lanski dopust, ki ga je treba porabiti prej, in - tekoči letni dopust, bo Codeks pri koriščenju vedno najprej upošteval dopust z najzgodnejšim rokom veljavnosti. Primer: Uporabnik ima na voljo še 5 dni lanskega dopusta. Najprej napove dopust za 1. maj, nato pa kasneje napove dopust še za februar. Čeprav je bil dopust za 1. maj napovedan prej, bo Codeks ob koriščenju februarskega dopusta samodejno uporabil lanski dopust, saj prepozna, da ga je potrebno porabiti pred tekočim letnim dopustom. Prednosti novega načina - samodejno in pravilno koriščenje dopusta brez ročnih posegov, - manj napak in administrativnega dela, - večja preglednost za uporabnike in kadrovske službe. Nova logika števca dopusta zagotavlja, da je dopust vedno koriščen pravilno, pravočasno in brez dodatnih nastavitev, tudi v primerih, ko ima uporabnik hkrati na voljo več različnih vrst dopusta. Dodelava deluje le preko potrjevanja najavljenih dopustov. Ročni vnosi dopustov se v logiki ne prepisujejo. It allows for a quick verification of presence at the assembly point and provides clear oversight of who has arrived safely and who may still be inside the main building. By using data from the attendance monitoring system, the add-on helps responsible personnel carry out the evacuation process in an organized and reliable manner and improves overall company safety. - Two-factor authentication is now available in Codeks, improving login security and providing additional protection for user accounts. - LEAVE With version 10.2512, we have improved the way annual leave is used in the Leave Announcement add-on, further simplifying work for both users and HR departments. Codeks now automatically selects the appropriate type of leave (current year and previous year – old leave) based on which leave must be used first, regardless of the order in which leave requests are submitted. How does this work in practice? If, at the beginning of the year, a user still has: - old leave from the previous year that must be used first, and - current annual leave, Codeks will always prioritize the leave with the earliest expiration date when leave is used. Example: A user has 5 days of old leave from the previous year. They first submit a leave request for May 1, and later submit another request for February. Even though the leave for May 1 was requested earlier, Codeks will automatically use the old leave from the previous year for the February absence, as it recognizes that this leave must be used before the current year’s annual leave. Benefits of the new approach: - automatic and correct leave usage without manual intervention, - fewer errors and reduced administrative workload, - improved transparency for users and HR departments. The new leave counter logic ensures that leave is always used correctly, on time, and without additional configuration – even when a user has multiple types of leave available at the same time. The adjustment works only through the approval of announced leave requests. Manually entered leave records are not affected by this logic.
