The add-on enables continuous real-time sending of updated reports, giving the responsible person a complete overview at all times during the evacuation of who is still inside the building and who has already reached the assembly point.

The add-on is intended for:
  • responsible persons (e.g. evacuation managers, security services) who monitor and manage the evacuation process, and
  • employees and visitors who register at the assembly point during an emergency event.
Responsible persons have access to the Codeks application, where they configure the add-on settings and define the assembly point for each building.
In the event of an emergency, Codeks sends an initial presence report by email to the responsible person (or multiple recipients). This report displays all persons currently present in the main building and their locations. At this stage, the assembly point presence report is usually still empty, as persons have not yet registered at the assembly point.
Upon arrival at the assembly point, employees and visitors register at a dedicated reader. This automatically removes them from the list of persons present in the building and adds them to the list of persons present at the assembly point.
The system can send presence reports multiple times. Report sending is triggered by a responsible person by pressing the designated button at the assembly point. This continuously updates the lists of persons present in the main building and at the assembly point in line with arrivals from the main building. In this way, the system provides an accurate, real-time overview of who is still inside the building and who has already been safely registered at the assembly point.
