Codeks AC software is intended for users who wish to form complex systems with high security level at multiple locations with a large number of users and doors. Codeks AC can manage an unlimited number of readers and users and its functionality can be expanded with different Codeks add-ons.

The software is based on web technologies. The applications can be accessed via a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome).
Localisation
Language can be adjusted according to the system administrator, user and location. You can also edit time zones and holidays based on different locations.

A highly efficient and reliable software for an advanced access control, which enables also more complex access schedules.
Custom timetables
The Codeks software allows you to fully adjust your timetables for employee access. It is also possible to establish fully adjusted timetables for users with additional rights or special requirements.
Unlimited number of locations
The software supports the control and management of more than one controller with their own communication lines, since the number of locations that can be monitored is unlimited.
Unlimited number of employees
The number of employees that can be entered into the Codeks AC is unlimited. Employees can be allocated into groups. It is also possible to grant more identification means (cards, key tags, remote controls, etc.) to an individual employee.
Unlimited number of administrators
It is possible to define several system administrators, and the rights of individual administrators can be limited.
History and revisions
The software enables the tracking of changes entered by administrators and department heads, as well as recording the history of access rights of user groups and individual employees.
Overview of recent events
The special Monitor enables the overview of live events recorded in the system.
Reports and printouts
The recorded data can be printed in the form of different reports.
Expansion with add-ons
The functionality of the Codeks AC application can be upgraded with the add-ons Layouts, FrontDesk, IP Camera, Reservations and Codeks Virtual Card.
Codeks AC ADVANCED
The Codeks software also enables the use of advanced Microsoft SQL, MySQL and Oracle databases.
We recommend the use of advanced databases for large access control systems, which include a higher number of controllers, registration locations and more than 100 employees.
