The Codeks ePermits add-on expands the functionality of the basic application for time & attendance with tools for announcing permits, their confirmation and use. Permits are usually used for short absences such as business or private exits.

Employees access tools for announcing permits by logging in with their username and password through the User Login form.

Users can submit different types of permits for business exits, private exits and other internal types of absence.
Clear processing workflow: the employee submits the permit announcement, and the department manager reviews it and approves or rejects it.
Users can select the department manager or addressee who will receive the permit announcement for processing.
Department managers are automatically notified about new permit announcements by e-mail.
Employees are notified by e-mail when the status of their permit changes.
Notifications can be sent according to the presence of the department manager and deputy department manager, when this approval method is configured in the company organization.
Submitted permit announcements can be cancelled, including already approved announcements if this is enabled in the system.
With the appropriate rights, a permit can also be submitted on behalf of another user.
Employees activate the submitted and approved permit by pressing the corresponding key on the controller at the time of registration.
* Permit announcement is also possible via the Codeks Mobility app.
** From version 10.2404 onward, the ePermits add-on has been extended with T&A correction announcements. Users can now submit corrections for incorrect, missing or forgotten time attendance registration events to their department manager or administrator.
